    Talking

Burned my mouth cause I couldn't wait to eat them.

BBQ'ed a rack out back tonight. We are flossing right now.

I have used a couple of methods cooking them . One is boiling them for a few minutes then grilling them. Then removing them before they are done and individually wrapping them in foil and putting them back on the grill over low heat for a while. Meat rolls off the bone and in tender.

I like this stuff but never tried it on ribs.

They were so good with the rub I never used the sauce. It is the same with a good steak. When it is real good I won't use a sauce.

Hey not all us "yankees" are taste deprived
I can kill a rack of ribs as well as the next guy

I do prefer sauce and it should be just slightly burnt (caramelized) onto the ribs when cooking
Slow cooked on the grill for a few hours add BBQ sauce about ½ hr before done and you got a meal

Of course it doesn’t hurt to add some slaw or a baked potato
