Well if I read the new ruling correctly Nordyne and York no longer have an exemption for manufactured home air conditioners not to meet the new 13 seer regulations.

No, it had been passed earlier this summer.

The appeal was filed and reversed. So they now have to meet 13 SEER for manufactured homes.

I am with you. He said "No" then he cornfuzed me when he went on to agree with my statement that they "no longer have an exemption" meaning that they had previously been granted one and now it has been withdrawn.

    Oops

Nordyne had won their appeal back in July, then had it repealed on 9/7. I think that's what I was trying to say !

Or, yeah, what you're trying to say, they no longer have their exception ! Am I confusing everything again ?
