    heat pumps

    no one got it right yet, looks like a filter dryer but is in between the reversing valve and the coil, behind the dryer, got me stumped too, even called the instructor, (but he won't say till tomorrow) gotta hit the hay, thanks guys,

    The muffler is between the comp. and the RV. I think he is talking about the charge compensator.

    If you post model and serial number we will know for sure.

    I have heard it called the charge balancer, compensator sounds better though.
