    Actually there are quite a few privatly owned ex foreign military jets in the USA. This may actually be a legit add.
    If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.

    Actually this is a fairly common item and except for the weapons system having restrictions it is legal to own...if you got the $$ that is.
