I had the same problem with a cat. This not an a/c problem, but find the pee spot and clean.
Would be good to have a fresh air change every 5-6 hours and maintain <50%RH also. Put it on your wish list.

Provide 60-100 cfm of fresh air when occupied to purge indoor pollutants and keep window dry during cold weather. T-stat setup/setback +8 hrs. saves energy
