good day Gentlemen

I have got a YCAS 0403.
I have got consant 16VDC at the loading solenoid on compressor 1.
With system 1 in off or running condition.

We are not loading; New compressor (around 3 to 5 mnths running)
I/O expansion PCB was replaced no luck
Micro PCB not at fault as another one was tested in this Chiller.

Have any of you experienced anything like this???
