The first weekend of November all the male folk of my family go up to camp for poker, football, fat food and beer.
The ladies at the same time all meet at my sisters place out in the country.

Theirs is called, "Female Fun at the Farm."

You could have done tough guy shots to entertain them and pass the time.

He may have gotten lost in the cornfield, or worse.
Remember that movie, "Children of the Corn"?
We've been doing so much, for so long, with so little, that now we can do almost anything, with nothing at all.

Still alive, and not too worse for wear.
I slept in as long as I could. It's a beautiful day so they were all out on the patio while I hid on the second floor porch where I slept.
They devoured most of the breakfast foods by the time I got into the kitchen, but Lisa did fix me a couple of eggs and there were a few links of cold sausage left.
All in all not as bad as I thought it would be. I cannot imagine having to spend too much time in a room full of woman yakking about twenty different things all at the same time. They seem to be able to follow all of the conversational tangents that occur within a short span of time, sort of like the way nomember posts in ARP.
Anyway, I didn't have to do tough man shots and wasn't beaten up so all is well.
They want to do it again in the winter. I don't get it. They already have their menu planned out; grilled cheese sandwiches, soups, apple cider etc... I just can't think that far in advance.Government is a disease......masquerading as its own cure…Ecclesiastes 10:2 NIV

Don't try to think that far in advance, they also like to have suitcases packed two weeks before they go on a trip.
