Just a guess, but I's suppose that it WILL take an army of illegal Mexican and central America immigrants to clean up New Orleans, get rif of all the junk, put roofs on a lot of buildings and so on.

I'm predicting that the number of native born black laborers willing and able to do such work will be relatively sparse.

I'd be glad to be proven wrong, though.

Maybe we can make a trade with Mexico, they take all the trash and debris left from Katrina, take the looters and lowlife scumbags and we'll take a couple thousand of their fine outstanding border jumpers and put them to work for a year or two. This way we can get N.O. rebuilt sometime this century, maybe collect a little bit of taxes from the pay they'll earn get rid of our trash (yes, that includes the lowlifes) and they'll get good ole American dollars back into their country from Pedro and Hector being sent to their families. Does this sound like a fair deal?

If you have been an facilities manager for over 12 years and you dont know how to use a ohmmeter, or have a universal epa card yet, or know anything about refrigerant phase outs, I would hate to see the facilities you are in charge of.
