    Kooltronics

I have a 1 1/2 ton kooltronics cabinet AC side mount on a VFD cabinet.
The unit has an 30/100 EPR valve (working), accumilator, has good air flow and pressures of 250 discharge, 50 suction, outdoor ambient is in the low
    70's.
After starting the unit the suction line begins to freeze between the accumilator and compressor, shortly after the compressor shell begins to freeze which eventually freezes all the way to the evaporator.
Im thinking I need to replace the cap tubes which are 2 x .067 x 40" and replacing the line drier as well, thoughts anyone?
