I just met for about 2 hours with my friend and Senator from this district. Over a couple of BBQ dinners we discuss the legwork for a bill making a mandatory by law the evacuation plan for coastal Georgia and the utilization of school busses, a driver roster and all tax payer assets so this below in New Orleans won't happen here.


In the language foundation there is a buddy system to check on the elderly, to make contact with your neighbors and to see if they have a way out. The way out if needed will be the school busses and any other tax payer vehicle

Radidididio Slack sells 'em for like 40 bucks. You can use D cells, the crank, or AC power. Damn fine sound and reception for a little cheapo, too. AM, FM, SW, plus a small light on the front.

They got a radio, tv, light thing out now, I think it's made by rigid, that is hand crankable, they got them on display at Home Depot here. about 70 bucks. It is shock and water proof. Real nice. That kind of a thing would be real helpfull.

That makes me sick to think of all those busses under water that could have evacuated people from the area!

There is over 200 busses in that lot alone!

So not only were they not used, they are going to need much repair before they can be used again!

Just bsing ya. I got credit,cash and insurance. Plus I can barter for my skills. And if some crap hit the fan, even though I QUIT, I got some gonga for medicinal use for coping with the stress of it all.

Now if it became so uncivilized where cash, credit or insurance did not matter, I still got the weed so, it's all good. .

Actually all joking aside. This is serious **** for these people. No job left, if they were not with some cash, alot of credit cards and insured I feel for them. I have nmo clue what they are going to do.

Aircooled the SKS is nice...we got a chinese one and a Romainian AK47....my 15yr old daughter and wifee poo think they are Rap stars with them.....more danger of being hit by flying brass than a bullet
