tried a new recipe on the grill that I would like to share. rub steaks in sea salt and pepper, then bathe them in red wine vinagrette dressing and add powdered garlic, splash of beer and drizzle a tsp of honey.

I did them slow on charcoal until they were medium well done. Wife said they were the best steaks she ever had.

I was curious but I'm with you, salt & pepper... Actually I just use meat tenderizer and pepper and absolutely not medium-well! Kind of interesting though.
