All construction material will have significant increases, I don't think there is any way around it. Anyone out there who is unemployeed better head to NO, you should be good for a few years. Could probably do better there the next few years than going over in Iraq. Hook up with a contractor or a few of them and sub yourself out, no need for insurance and stuff, just make as much cash as you can and get the hell out.
