    Forget about the subcooling. It's all about the superheat. Do you no what that is ? If so shoot for 4-6* after you put adjustable TXV in.

    You've got to get that box sealed up before it's going to pull down. Too much moist air coming in through a hole somewhere. Are they propping open the door and loading it while you're not there?
