I think we already covered headers in chapter one of this book.

Sometimes it's good to thoughrly cover headers. Sometimes even multiple times. To the point that as soon as you get off you want to get right back on again.

well of course one must practice everything they do. I think daily is best, however to really get it down it may be necessary to throw in more then one practice session a day.
