CNN just said they are going to evacuate the Superdome to Houston's Astrodome.
Are they going to open the roof and air lift everyone out of there?
or take them out of one trap and put them in another.

The scale of this is just mind boggling, must be half a million displaced people.

Now they are considering filling cargo containers with sand to stop the breach.
They should take the thousands of destroyed cars and use them to plug it, then cover them with dirt.
