I was recently in Cuba and believe me, Che is more popular there then ever. There is no doubt that Che was Castro's right hand man. One government building has a several stories high likeness of Che across the front of it with your sig line written across it, so don't try to come off with the lie that Castro and Che were not like minded. Actually, Che was a bit more radical then Castro. It was Che who decided to leave Cuba.

I never said Che and Castro were not like minded. Che left Cuba because they had difference in the country's direction, several years after the revolution. However, Che was more popular and more admired by the people, which Castro felt was a threat to his leadership.

Che is admired by many, not because of his socialist ideals but for what he stood for. It is sad his image is being stereotyped as a communist revolutionary.

His legacy for the revolution has stood the test of time.

The cultural sovereignty of this nation has been compromised and is rapidly detriorating due in large part to the illegal immigrant. It is so rampant that music, advertising, and almost every other form of media todays society is exposed to, especially youth oriented media has been to some degree focused on the illegal migrant demographic. This dilution of American culture and heritage in todays media will in the course of a few generations insure the loss of the idea of being American as we have known it to be.

Dowadudda makes a point. Just because someone doesn't see the big picture of the issue we are labeled racist. Racism is a form of ignorance.

You are correct, and the language of the land is English.

If you want to learn ten languages, be my guest, but don't insist that the rest of the nation learn a foreign language to accomodate illegal immigrants.

There has always been a problem with illegal immigrants for years now, especially coming from the Mexican border. But what you fail to see, condenseddave, is these immigrants are no different than you and I. They want a better life and want to work as hard as you and I. So you label them as criminals for crossing the borders illegally. But ask why? They want a better life too. I'm not condoning crimes but what else is an immigrant to do to come here?

Obey the law, like immigrants of past generations had to do.

It's illegal to hire illegal aliens. Therefore, they cannot legally work here. They want a better life, but aren't willing to comply ith the laws of the land, so they resort to criminal activity as the only way to survive.

All because they aren't willing to go through the bother of becoming legal.

Yeah, they're different than I. BIG TIME.

There is a large difference. My ancestors went through the process of immigration. So, yes, they are quite different.

Down there is a much bigger gap of the haves and the have-nots. You don't know this but he and Fidel has a fallout in Cuba during the early years. So don't talk to me about how smokescreen. Why don't you talk to Mr. 9/11-commission smokescreen guy who we call the president.
How do you think I put that quote with that terrorist????

RoBoTeq...how did u get into Cuba? Did you had to go to one of those gateway nations to get there? I have been wanting to go for a long time. When I saw the documentary on the Buena Vista Social Club, I couldn't help but appreciate the natural beauty Cuba has to offer.

Condenseddave, I guess anything that is "un-American" you classify as a terrorist. Stop watching right-wing Fox News and that arrogant POS shep.

Tell me all the "details" of immigration. They have complicated immigration laws so much you keep them away from this country. Criminal activity? So trying to get a better life is a crime? You are full of shit!

Do you know why immigrants come here? To do all the menial jobs you don't want to do. I wish one day these legal immigrants take your job!

    Typical right-wing bastard!

You really can't carry on an intelligent conversation, can you?

What a pity. You really did, in the beginning, appear to have a mediocre command of the English language. That impression was overly generous on my part.

Sounds like attempted mind-control (on an EXTRAORDINARILY low level) in the grand tradition of communism and socialism.

Don't let anyone have the right to have differing viewpoints! Censor the media!

    "Iontelligent"????

I guess I know who I am dealing with.

You see, I went to school to learn the language and to spell properly.

You are not doing me any favors. I was just trying to get you to understand the point I was trying to make. I guess I shouldn't have these "iontelligent" conversations with you.

Why don't you try visiting Cuba one day? Hey, stop at Venezuela too...and Mexico and the rest of Latin America while you're at it?

Then you'll appreciate what you have up here.

Maybe you should sleep off whatever it is you've ingested.

Did you happen to glance down at your own keyboard and take note of the location of the letters?

I type 80 WPM without looking at the keyboard. I am entitled to an occasional double-key.

You, on the other hand, are barely literate.

You can actually type? I thought you worked as a tech. Isn't it required to use your hands?

Well, I guess my college degree means shit to you if I'm barely literate.

You are correct, your alleged degree means nothing to me. Your posts speak for themselves.

What makes you think I work as a tech?

    Listen, bottom line is this.

Minority communities are here to stay and there is nothing you can do about it. And if you do not like that, I'll gladly pay your one-way ticket to Canada if you want.

I'm not surprised if they are moving into your community as well.

It would help if you were in the same conversation. Then maybe you could get a little closer to the real point.

If I were you, I'd sue the school that granted your degree. You got ripped off, providing you actually paid for it...
