have a 92 coupe 6,000 miles on it. bought the car, met the bride, had the daughter, bought bank repo house i'm fixing up. there sits the vette waiting for the midlife crisis or daughter old enough to drive it.
Not that any of the underpaid overworked techs on this board have one but nonetheless some may be interested in a car show dedicated to the 52 model year old Vette. Every one is invited for a small stipend at the gate. :-) I'm personally too poor to own one but I like to see them in person anyway.
It's to be held at the Carlisle Fairgrounds in, you guessed it, Carlisle Pa.

Very nice t572ed.
The show was great, theres nothing like seeing a couple a thousand Vettes all in ine place. Prices were all over the place depending on what you were looking for.
74' to 77' models were running under $10,000. 4th gens were running from $6,500 to $15,000 except for the special edition cars.
The new Z06 is a knock out 1st round beauty. Both front and rear fenders have been pushed out or flared, bringing back the coke bottle look.
Just about every Corvette you would want to see was there including alot of 50's to present race cars, customs, and aftermarket cars.
Fun time for me anyway. Good luck with your mid life crisis.

We saw a bunch of vetts coming and going to Carisle up and down the NYS Thruway this week end.
Cool. We used to have the Bloomington Gold show about a mile from our shop.
They've moved up to Chicago now, but they've been replaced with the Hot Rod Super Nationals.
