I have tried want ads, hvac agent, ect. with no luck, anymore suggestions to finding people. We have jobs backed up, and need some people.

We have the same problem too, 45. Too much work and not enough people. I've been working overtime for two months, including consectutive Saturdays...trying to finish new construction jobs that have lagged.Get back to work.™

It's no better here in Colorado. We have been trying to find a few good lead installers for months. No luck, just hacks.
