Chris Hanson is from Michigan. They interviewed him on the local radio morning show the other day. It was a great interview, lots of crooks out there.

Depressing. People like this give us all a bad name.

At least a few were honest, I just wish the show focused on them a minute or two longer.

At the end of the show Rafael put in the disconnect and the compressor came on but the fan didnt. Do they have low pressure controls for the condenser in the west coast in residential.

On the west coast Typically only on server room units. I don't think they're on residential systems usually. At least not out here. Then again, Im a commercial tech. You're talking about a fan cycle switch right? I thought the fan did come on but it looked strange to me because of the video framerate.

That is why techs should go to a creditable HVAC school. I would never hire or trust a tech who didn't go to school. I started as an installer then thrown into service and after I went to school I'm surprised I didn't ruin more systems without proper training. I don't blame the techs I blame the owners for shoody service in HVAC companys.
