Honeywell & Carrier make a nice residential wireless stat.
Kele Corp. makes wireless controls as does Inovonics for ddc
    systems.

The wireless thermostats from Kele work pretty nice. However you may want to purchase the survey tool to determine the best possible locations to install the transmitter and the receiver.

wireless thermostat is cool. It uses radio frequency to send signal to the controlled device.
Our company is going to develop such products.

totalline (carrier?) makes one, I installed it once works nice
if you are mounting it over an existing two wire stat location get the 24v kit so you can use 24v supply and batteries as back up otherwise on a heat only furnace the batteries will last just over a year (lithimium)
