This is my first post here so I hope I'm in the right place and give enough information.

I'm trying to write a simple program just to learn what I'm doing. I have a Tridium JACE 601 with a LON card connected to a JC LX-PRG300-1.

I have went through the F1 help on how to make a simple program and synchronize it with the control. When I press F9 in LX GPI to send the program I get this error Error occured: Unable to write the FTP file index 9 of the device.

Any ideas what this means? Is there any place that I could find more information on this and other errors as they occur?

Again, I'm VERY new (6 days on the job) to DDC controls. Thanks for the help.
