    Carrier CCN Service Tool

I just got mine last week and am looking for a little help I have managed to figure out how to very basic things like build a data base, scan it, load the devices in the DB. But other then that I have no idea what to do. I m looking for maybe a quick start guide or just pointers.
    Thanks
    Walter

I guess the question is what do you want to do with the software? What were your expectations?

    Walter,

You might have better luck over in the "controls" section of the site?

Service Tool V is good for searching addresses and uploading controllers, But for trending and saving Data Service tool IV is so much better.
