high pressure nitro and that should blow it out. If it is all connected to the outdoor equipment it could be a bit difficult. Ball valves make it easy. Always braze with nitro and no problems
Coffee shop talk w/a friend about approx.200' of {1",2 5/8"} installed linset. They plan on just vacuum&positive press. test and installed liq.and suct.replaceable core filter/driers c/w access ftngs. for press.drop check with isolation valves but no bypass to allow easy operator changes;then turn the system over to bldg.owner.
Used to use r-11 to flush and clean and now is a like product rx-11 ie..To me it seams ludicrous that system won,t be flushed{no nitro.while brazing}.
Anyone want to weigh in?

You should have no problems if you braze with nitrogen. I wouldn't braze any other way. I also pressurize and leak search with nitrogen and then triple evacuate my systems down to 500 microns. If you do this you should have a clean, dry system.
ace the suction dryers if its new install single core for the liquid with one isolating valve on the in ...use the king for out isolation...with a sharadder tee for vac repull after core change... or a sporlan shell hat with a shradder..burp some nitro thru the piping to replace the air and your mint a pro brazer with flux and clean fittings and 250microns are easy reason for no suction line dryer it is a warning for future generations that the system had a burn out at one time...

With that much piping your going to a bunch of oxidation breaking lose a simple suction filter should do the trick, pull it after a week or two of run time, or flush the piping with some Rx11 but your going to pay a pretty pennie for all that piping!
