I was driving and was thinking the lightning was coming down with each rain drop.
This was one of the oldest high schools in the country. First building there was built in the 1780's The school was not a total loss but this part of it was. They made the floors walls and rafters out of old hard wood pine that contains a lot of fat lighter.
If It gets going and modern fire department can do little. I can't believe it did not have a alarm system in it. Wonderful they were looking out after our history and tax money. I was kinda pissed when I saw this, this morning in person.

Had some strong thunderstorms lately, saw a strike here in the Industrial Park area, you could hear the crack the same time you saw it. It hit the power plant, power out of most of the day yesterday.
Saw a water spout today, we got some photos will have to upload and see how they lookThe way we build has a greater impact on our comfort, energy consumption and IAQ than any HVAC system we install.
