if you get hurt workmens comp pays for the doc now my q is the prescription for medications are they covered i slipped in a basement have a prescription for pain killers paid out of pocket now boss says im out of that only doc is covered seems like something fishy here do i have to sue the co for the cost of the medication?

thats sad got consult with an attorney for such a mundane item maybe i should just go for disability then

Everywhere I've worked, the insurance pays for all expenses related to the injury. Ask to be put in touch with the insurer, I'd also research the laws in your area via the net.

I sent mine into the insurance company and they paid for them, I agree ask to talk to the person handling your claim
