Hi everyone. I was looking for a forum to get some feedback on some truck AC questions. I have one of the Japanese Mini trucks to use on my farm. The truck has ac and a regular belt driven compressor. The problem is, when the compressor kicks on, it weakens the hp on the truck. My question is this: Is it possible to use an old freezer or refrigerator compressor to run my ac? I have searched and can not find any information on it. I have plenty of room to install one of these compressors and will run it off of an inverter. Just wondering. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
