    Question

I see a lot of people talking about making sure a jumper is set from Y to O in order for Comfort-R Enhanced mode to work. My system is configured for this mode, however, I have verified that this jumper is not there.

Can someone verify that I really need this jumper?

If it is the same as the Goodman board the jumper would be removed if this is a heat pump system.

Is the heat part a heat pump or only electric resistance heaters? If a heat pump, your thermostat should have a mode setting for "EM" heat.

You don't need the jumper from Y to O on the electric air handlers, just on the XV80 and XV90 gas furnaces.
If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.
