duct work
I'm recently new to the hvac field. lately i have been hired on as a installer/helper. I wanted to know if you know of any videos or helpful information that can help me along in the installation. Residential btw.

Get your own tools. I have had many helpers over the years and getting a guy who takes the initiative to get what he needs shows me he's ready to do what it takes to succeed.
As your lead man what he recommends as far as what to get first and what brand. I'd start with a good drill/driver(don't go cheap on this)
Second get your hands on all the different tasks as soon as possible, don't be satified with doing only heat runs for five years, learn it all. And try to anticipate what your lead man needs before he needs it. good luck
