Kinda late now...But how's about a sirloin? homefries? buttered carrots and a healthy salad with Thousand Island? Throw in a roll with butter and a gil of red house.

Man, it's after 4 and I'm gonna eat...

Liverwrust, American cheese, onion, lettuce, butter and mayo on a hard roll.

You need a lot of fat to soak up the alcohol.

You guys don't have the Waffle House up north do you?

Open 24/7, 365. Steak and eggs, hashbrowns (scattered, smothered, covered,) pork chops, bacon, and pecan waffles.

    Great coffee too!

Cash only though, no plastic accepted.

(Have someone drive you there after 9 Killians).

I just thought it would be interesting to read about someone trying to cook and barbeque in the middle of the night with 9 Irish Red in'im.

Last Sambos I was in was in Spokane Washington about 32-33 years ago. Got there at about 6-7 in the morning passed out after riding there in the back of a volkswagon after drinking cherry vodka most of the night before.Ordered something to eat and headed to the bathroom and made it to the stall......well lets say I didnt want to be the one to clean up that mess. went back out and waited for my meal while watching customer bring management in to show they what some jackass had done to their bathroom. LOL so tell me .......how is their food, dammed if I remember but I sure felt a lot better after I puked. BOY the memories of that came back when you mentioned SAMBOS.

One of my son's who is college educated in culinary sanitation will not eat in a Waffle House. I think they are super. We stop in them everytime we go South. Kids-I'm telling ya.

I steal recipes. I learned how to make that sauage gravey that yous guys eat. Of course I make mine with McKinsey's Vermont sauage so it is great. (If I say so myself)
