Trane RTWA error messages

I am getting lots of diagnostics in the display. The incoming voltage is steady as the compressor starts loading up. The display shows the compressor % increasing but it also shows "hi phase%" or something like that creeping up with and trips at 100%. The diagnostic history show high voltage, low voltage, memory error type II, memory error type III, phase inbalance (both compressors). Again the voltage held OK but my ammeter was broken so I don't know currents. Could the board be faulty and seeing things that aren't there? Trane guy told them it was the utility company. Utility company says it's Trane. Electrician is coming but will probably not find anything. Only happens when VERY hot outside.

if that memory I,II,III diagnostic is repeating on repower start-up the module could be bad according to the pages of the IOM!you need to review all the configuration points thru the HI panel
