Whats this worth?
I have a solid Oak Beam 10" X 10" X 25' long. Can I sell it? or is it trash?

I live about 150 miles from you, and i would say its not trash, but it's only worth what someone will pay for it. I used to know a guy who used to tear down old barns for old wood. I don't know the condition of this oak, but would at least research it. If you find nothing on research I would try putting it on Craigslist for a price and they haul and see if anyone bites.

No matter what, it'll still have a BTU value

I'm sure someone would be willing to buy it. How much depends on its age and quality. Only small problem you might have is transporting it. I've seen oak go for $100-400 but again depends on its quality

Ive seen some wild bids on old barns during an auction. Old tight grain wood is high dollar. Like someone said, depends on its condition and age.
