    If I see the home inspector that did my so called inspection. I'ma put my boot as far up his rearend as I can get it.
    So I reckon you know which one I pick.

    I make money on both of them but the home inspector is the worst to deal with.

    Here is a scenario Ive encountered several times having the unfortunate experience of doing home warranty service calls in the past, house goes up for sale, seller buys home warranty, potential buyer has home inspection, trying to justify their rates, they nit pick the house to death, especially the HVAC system, many of their findings are due to improper installation of lack of maintenance, so the seller, not wanting to fork over the cash for the repairs, makes the call to their home warranty company, I get there and find a list of items found by the home inspector, I then inform them that these items will not be covered and collect my service fee, usually curse words are thrown my way as I make my way to the van, so to answer the poll I vote A+B and would have chose C if it was a home owner who relies on home warranty companies for their hvac repairs.

    lets see so far we have
    lawyers, realestate salespersons, used car sales persons home warrenty cos, home inspectors, all whom are bottom feeders and have one thing in common they call each other neighbours.
