who says it has to go in the back of the truck? just hook the whip around the trailer hitch or slam it into the trunk!

I can only imagine being sent out to such a service call...I'd have to make daily trip to the house just to see if it ever got fixed, and how much of it they did 'fix' (and who).Originally posted by tpa-fl

it almost sounds like hackmaster installed it. at least us service techs have room to get in there every spring and see if we can find the last little bits of the filter and clean the blower and coils. i can tell the filter wont get changed but maybe once a year if its even half lucky

A few hours ago, somewhere between Heating and Cooling and US Air in the City of Industry, I saw a rooftop unit with hard ducting, and it reminded me of this thread/picture. There were a few units that I could probably have taken pictures of if I had the time and camera...easily visible from the street/traffic.
