    Crappy Iphone photo. But this is somethin to get this thread movin Its a dinner i made to impress the Gf lol
    Crab and Shrimp stuffed Filet. Loaded Sweet Potato. Cuecumber salad and Bacon Wrapped Kaluah Shrimp.. (idk how to spell some of these words )

    Baby back scrumptiousness

    We take some of these.



    and rub them with some of this....



    And then smoke them in this for 6 hours...



    Then take them up out and they look like this.....



    Then we make some secret sauce....



    Then I make myself a plate before everyone realizes that they are done and ready to eat!

    you know it is hard for an amature photographer to get a good picture of some food dish that really does it justice. I guess you can't get the SMELL of the food in the picture.
