Give me a call and i'll help you fix the problem. You may need to replace the valve. It's easy to do and i can send a replacement right away of need be.

    Allen,

I sent the new valve out 2nd day air. That should fix your problem. Let me know if you have questions. Thanks!

Stellar job yet again Russell. This is what makes Fieldpiece a great choice.

maybe you can help with a problem with getting my units
i ordered 2 of the sman 3 from a local regional supply house(berkhimer) in joliet illinois
we orderd them on monday april 4th and the order went in that day
3 weeks ago we were told we were 970 and 971 on the list and they get 500 a week in so we figured end over a week ago they would be in
then we get told there was no shipment one week so everything gets pushed back a week then when we called last week they said they recieved 1000 of them but we were not on the list to get one and it would be another week
as of today the warehouse rep finally talked with your rep for the area and he said maybe they would be out by the end of this week
i am really disapointed in the way this is being handled
is our supply house to small to warrent being taken care of int the proper order
your rep said when we ordered them 2 weeks possibly 3
now we are going on 6 weeks and i see other people posting they orderd theirs off of ebay from johnston and recieved in short time 2 weeks tops
we were also ready to order 2 of the wiresless scales from our supplyhouse because the look awsome but now are having second thoughts about fieldpiece

    tinner,

you are having second thoughts about Fieldpiece because your local distributor is not performing to your standards? Would that not leave Fieildpiece out of this negative equation? It's not a fault on the manufactures part.

this is not an issue with my local supply house this is an issue with fieldpiece
i have printout of all of the email coraspondance from our supply house to them and their story changing every week now for the last 3 weeks
if they told me 5- weeks when we orderd them atleast i would have known and maybe went a different dirrectoin or not be upset about the long wait
yesterday was 5 weeks and their lady in the office sent in an email we were not on this weeks shipping list
how do we go from the mid 900's 3 weeks ago and still be on the waiting list when they were to have gotten in 1500 by this week

Tinner what you should do is post your supply house issues in every Fieldpiece thread.

I can tell you that I would pretty much say its an issue with your supplier not FP warehouse. The reason I say this is we have no suppliers around me and asked to purchase one directly from FP I even asked to get on before my place in line (LOL) and they said absolutely not. As people have been waiting nicely.

FWIW I would call them and get a date, not post in every SMAN3 thread....just saying.

    Thread says SMAN3 Problem.
Sounds like he has a SMAN3 problem to me.
They (we) need to hear the good and bad or we could just prop some guys up like rock stars who never get that intervention and wind up on the bathroom floor.

Having used other gauges I would be disapointed expecialy if I had to wait and ALL the one line review that just say they like it do no one any good.

why don't you just look in russell's profile and send him an email

called Fieldpiece today to get info on the problem mentioned earlier, Russ

wasn't available, the guy that I talked to didn't hesitate to take my shipping

address and sent the part out, once I informed him that the same thing

happened last week, but blew it off as a hose problem

now if testo could have customer service like that, instead of shielding

themselves with their un-customer service oriented distribution chain

acr is the reason i have a hard on for the way testo treats it's customers
