    What kind of things does a (customer) want or complain they do not get on a fall PM. I am trying to improve our fall PM progam this fall and need some feed back.

    I came out of the field 1 year ago and know some of the complaints I heard but wanted more of a wide opion. I want to be able to offer what a customer needs or wants with out making my service Tech set up shop in thier house for hours.

    Your equipment dealer will most likely have a check up list you can use as a reference. Leave a copy with the customer and do a clean job.
