It is less than one years old.

There is a great deal of condensation on the actual unit.

There is also condensate dripping onto the floor. Even from the line sets dripping onto floor.

It is cooling the house okay..

I don't remember the old Goodman sweating as much as this is sweating.

Now it is hot and humid in Ga.

Today I pitched the 3M Filtrete and bought a cheapo blue filter to see if this helps. so far it is still sweating.

I change the filters on a schedule and keep my eye on them in between.

If you worked as hard as your a/c does this time of the year you would sweat too.

All kidding aside, maybe its time to call your local a/c contractor for a maint. checkup.

How many miles do you drive your car before you have it serviced?

Or do you wait until it breaks down and leaves you stuck on the side of the road?

Just because its less than a year old doesnt mean it had a proper start and check.

We've been doing so much, for so long, with so little, that now we can do almost anything, with nothing at all.

3M filters are to restrictive for most systems and can need to be changed weekly.Don't use them without a static test, period.
