can a 100 ft charging hose be repaired? I need a new end... do "Hose-Man" shops do this type of hose repair?
a hundred foot hose is a lot of money to throw away.
I know Dice would figure a way to have it fixed, if it was his hose.

check your local yellow pages for an industrial rubber supplier

so you dont have to carry that heavy bottle so far

08-07-2005, 02:54 AM #9I carry 200' of 3/8" and 325' of 1/4". Why so long? Ever try and carry 30- 30lb cans of gas up a 30' ladder, and 400' across a roof???? That sucks BAD. Easier to set 125 lb bottles in the parking lot and toss the hose over the edge...Originally posted by square2round

I really use the 1/4" a lot. Most of those are 25' and 50' lengths, one is a 100'. There are 4-50' 3/8 hoses.
I'm with Dice on the copper, hose clamp, flare block thing if you can't find someone that can repair it. A good truck parts wholesaler might be able to help, or a large welding wholesaler.
