BK makes the best bench gear. I've never used, or seen anyone using their portable DMMs. I have one of their O-scopes.
So, is that a true-RMS meter for 220???

I was curious. The only one I found that's true-RMS is the 5390, which sells for about 300 bucks.
The Fluke 179 is about the same price, but has the built-in temperature feature, and is ruggedized.
Am I missing something here????

Yes the BK is true RMS. And it was because of their test gear I didn't hesitate.
Tracers work both ways.
