    VPN Client

    can anyone recommend a good free vpn client?

    Thank you PPTP should work. What about IPSec?

    Same client. Check the properties for the connection, security tab:
    There's a button for "IPSec Settings" where you can enter a pre-shared key for authentication.
    Under the "Networking" tab, you can set the type of the VPN to "L2TP IPSec VPN." The default is automatic anyways.
