    Here are the specs on the Trane R22 XL19i Internal high/low pressure and temperature protection, with High pressure switch. Right off the spec sheet! (Pub: 22-1746-01-0103)

    Hi Kevin --

    I don't see the specs you referenced, but I think you'll find that Trane is using a little marketing BS when they say "internal high/low pressure and temperature protection". That simply means the compressor has a overtemp cutout.
