Every time we add an office to our shop I direct the crew to take another tap off the our little 2 ton system.
So we have reached the max. During the winter we are going to put a 1 ton ductless split into the conference room and we should be all right.
In an effort to squeeze another 4 btus capacity out of this system I ordered an TXV to replace the accurator. It was cool this morning and George was between installation jobs so he was elected. He is right in the middle of this project and I had to pull him to do a real service call. This left us in the office all sweating our collective asses off.
You never heard such *****ing. You would think they were customers.
Anyhow mission accomplish. 17° across the coil. That all they get.

Thats when life gets rewarding.
I sell the job and figure the labor. Then my guys call and say "I don't think it can be done". I go over, and we get it done. Usually something simple that just needs looked at from another angle. Thats when they call me Miracle Max.
My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.
