Can someone suggest a source for high performance (low restriction, etc.) floor/wall supply and return registers? Thanks.

Besides Hart and Cooley, you could try Atlanta Supply.
    Their web address is http://www.atlantasupply.com.
They sell registers and grilles and have a lot of odd sizes that most distributors don't carry. A lot of distributors buy odd sizes here and then sell them to contractors. They buy from several sources (Hart and Cooley, Airmate, Metalaire, US Aire)and many others.

I prefer Titus for this stuff. Plenty of performance data available in their catalog:

Thanks, guys. The Titus grilles look particularly impressive, with the airfoil-shaped blades and extensive airflow data. That's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again.
