    Smile

I live in a 3 story townhome where each floor has it's own zone. I've noticed of the past couple of nights that the HVAC ran all night and was trying to cool the 2nd floor but our vents were only blowing about 10%. A couple of things I tried: #1 I reset the board by turning it off and then back on. #2 I turned off the thermostats for the 3rd/1st floor and then turned on the 2nd floor from Auto to On.

    Air volume did not improve.

I'm thinking the damper for the 2nd floor has gone bad (5yr old system), but the board gives each damper a green light (does that mean it's open or working properly?).

We've had some very hot days in Atlanta lately.

    Thanks in advance.

Damper could have stuck mostly shut. Only way to know is pull it out. LED won't tell you.
