    WEBS Error Question

I just took over a site with a Vykon Jace 6 version 3.4.43. I can get into the station fine however, when I try to expand the drivers folder I get the error "missing module csi3csv from local workbench machine". Does anybody know where I can get this jar? Thanks in advance.

I would try to get it off the Jace.

Been there! The JACE has modules your workbench doesn't.

Get the file off the JACE.

Open the Platform for the JACE and use the file transfer to move the module from /Modules to /Modules.

open a backup file with WinRAR or something and copy the jar file to your Workbench

    Remote In

If you can access the station remotely, you can access the platform with your workbench remotely also.

I wish I could. The previous contractor changed the platform credentials and refuses to give them out to the customer.

While you're out there you might as well set up a serial shell connection and reset the platform login creds.
