Thread: heat problems

I hope someone can give me an opinion on this. I am working on 3 ton Carrier ac only, cupe tube metering device, the low side reads 75-80 and the high goes from 230-450 before the overlow turns off the machine. The inside discharge is 72f outside temp. is 97f. the evaporator fan is working the same as the condenser (this one is unusual because it is a squirl cage) thank you for any help.

outdoor coil dirty==condenser fan motor rotating backwards--recirculating discharge air at condenser--unit surrounded by or covered by a deck--+_+_+_+_+_+_+_+_+

superheat? subcooling? cfm? wet bulb? dry bulb? dictionary?
