    I am look for a wiring diagram for a HEIL heatpump model number CH9536UKA3 Can anyone help me out?

    Maybe you could call a local contractor for your annual service and request that they bring a new electrical diagram to install on the service panel when they come out?
    When you give a lesson in meanness to a critter or a person, don't be surprised if they learn their lesson.
