    Bald, don't think your post applies to the new XLI units the old XL units are discontinued. The XLI are a totally new design.

    To me, when you put a wall up in front of a prop blade, you are creating considerable restriction. The fact that several thousand CFM has to find its way out through louvers instead of blowing out unrestricted like with every other A/C on the market to me means less airflow. As someone pointed out, probably Mark, blades are different on the XLi vs the A-S but still makes me wonder.
