Change outs and installs slowed the last couple of weeks and I occasionally look over old invoices when this happens where I had been doing service work. I found two new customers I had worked for since January of this year that had older systems that had been giving them problems. One customer works in Washington DC so I called him up there and he bought two systems over the phone in that conversation. I explained the 13 SEER reg around the corner also. I just got off the phone with the second one and he did the same. The point is>>>there are new equipment sales in old service invoices. I generated $19,000.00 today that I was not even thinking about yesterday.
