Change outs and installs slowed the last couple of weeks and I occasionally look over old invoices when this happens where I had been doing service work. I found two new customers I had worked for since January of this year that had older systems that had been giving them problems. One customer works in Washington DC so I called him up there and he bought two systems over the phone in that conversation. I explained the 13 SEER reg around the corner also. I just got off the phone with the second one and he did the same. The point is>>>there are new equipment sales in old service invoices. I generated $19,000.00 today that I was not even thinking about yesterday.

Great job James..And I agree their some money in following up.
Now if we can get other to price the job correctly as you
have done..it would be better for all of us.
Just for the record this years has been my best year since
I've been in business.
